• We deliver across India, including metro cities, state capitals, towns, and rural locations.

• Orders are shipped directly from our production unit to your doorstep through trusted logistic partner India Post.

2. Dispatch Timelines

• Standard Orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation & payment.

• Bulk/Customized Orders: May take 7–12 business days, depending on design approval and production size.

• Pre-production drawings (if applicable) will be shared with customers before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch.

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

• Rural/Remote Areas: 7–10 business days, depending on courier serviceability.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

• Free shipping may be offered on promotional campaigns or minimum order values.

5. Order Tracking
