At Arts N Prints, every keychain is crafted with care and precision. Since our products are custom-made to your requirements, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy. Please read the details below before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered.

  • Damaged or defective product received.

  • Printing or engraving errors made by us.

• Products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Since all keychains are personalized/customized, returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind or incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • Color variations due to digital screen differences.

  • Minor variations in size, polish, or finish within industry standards.

3. Replacement Policy

• Once your claim is verified, we will send a free replacement within 7–10 working days.

• Replacements are shipped only after receiving complete proof of the issue.

4. Refunds

• Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment.

• Once production starts, cancellation is not allowed since items are customized.

6. Damaged Deliveries

• If the parcel is visibly damaged during delivery, please do not accept it and inform us immediately.

• If already received, raise a complaint within 24 hours.
