1. Introduction

Welcome to keychains.artsnprints.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Arts N Prints. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on this Website, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Eligibility

  • Services are available only to persons/entities capable of entering into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

  • Minors (under 18 years) may use the Website only under the supervision of parents/guardians.

  • If registering or ordering on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have authority to bind the entity.

3. Registration & Account Responsibility

  • To place bulk or customized orders, you may be required to register and provide accurate details.

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account details (User ID, Password, Email, Mobile).

  • You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

4. Products & Services

  • Keychains listed are custom-made for hotels, lodges, resorts, PGs, hostels, corporates, schools, lockers, and individuals.

  • All designs, engravings, printing and specifications are subject to prior customer confirmation before production.

  • Orders once approved for customization cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices mentioned on the Website are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made in advance through approved online payment methods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for customized products.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 3–7 working days, depending on customization and order size.

  • Delivery timelines may vary by location, courier service, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Arts N Prints is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or customer’s incorrect address.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • Since products are custom-made, returns or refunds are not applicable once the item has been produced.

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • Replacement will be provided only if the error/damage is attributable to Arts N Prints.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share unlawful, harmful, or misleading content on the Website.

  • Impersonate another user or entity.

  • Infringe upon intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of Arts N Prints or third parties.

  • Misuse the Website for fraudulent or prohibited transactions.
